Emerald Janitorial Services LLC was born from a desire for balance and a passion for the transformative power of a clean environment. Our founder began this journey seeking the flexibility to lead a life of purpose while addressing a struggle many people face: the difficulty of finding peace and focus when their surroundings are in disarray.
At the same time, this company was created with a deeper mission. Emerald Janitorial Services was built to create opportunities for retirees and individuals over 50 who still have the energy, vision, and desire to contribute, earn income, and stay active without the demands of a traditional 9 to 5 job. We believe experience matters, and that those who have spent a lifetime working bring unmatched care, reliability, and pride into the work they do.
We believe that a clean space is the foundation for joy, whether it is in the home or the workplace. Our mission is to handle the details so our clients can reclaim their time and thrive in every area of their lives, while also creating meaningful opportunities for those who want to continue making a difference through honest, dignified work.

Meet the owner, Rebecca
Rebecca, "Becky"
Rebecca’s life has always been rooted in hard work, service, and entrepreneurship. Growing up, she worked in her father’s dry cleaning business, where she learned early the value of discipline, customer care, and what it takes to build a business from the ground up.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked as a social worker, interpreter, and in the manufacturing industry, always guided by a strong work ethic and a desire to help others. She also served as a Regional Assistant Manager with Avon, where she mentored and supported a network of over 200 women, strengthening her passion for leadership and empowering others.
While building her career, Rebecca was also raising her two daughters, balancing work, family, and home life. She understands firsthand the stress of coming home after a long day and the peace that comes from having a clean, organized space. This experience became part of the inspiration behind Emerald Janitorial Services.
Today, Rebecca is proud to focus on meaningful work that allows her to continue serving her community while maintaining balance and purpose. Through Emerald Janitorial Services LLC, she brings together her life experience and passion for helping others create clean, peaceful environments where people can thrive.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren and appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
